Before You Buy Spooky2: A Plain-Talk Map

Guide: Sage, Rabbit Atlas Health and Natural Wellness Guide | Spooky2 Public Research & Resource Directory (free) | Pages checked September 25, 2026.

EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION ONLY. THIS IS NOT MEDICAL ADVICE.

Rabbit Atlas is an independent educational research directory. It does not present Spooky2 or any frequency device as diagnosing, treating, curing, or preventing disease, and this article contains no device settings or operating instructions.

If you have a health concern, start with a qualified health professional.

Well, hey. If somebody mentioned Spooky2 and you nodded like you knew what they meant, pull up a chair. The hard part isn't finding information. It's that there's a heap of it, spread across three websites, with a dozen kits that sound alike. This is the map I wish I'd had, plus a few things I found in Spooky2's own fine print that are worth knowing before you spend a dime.

How to read the labels: "Spooky2 says" means it's Spooky2's own statement or listing, not something we tested. "Our math" is arithmetic on Spooky2's listed prices. "Our comparison" puts two of Spooky2's pages side by side. "Open question" means the sources don't settle it.

Spooky2 Is Three Websites, Not One

• spooky2.com: The main site: software, guides, downloads, product pages, and the forum. (Spooky2 homepage)
• spooky2-mall.com: The Spooky2 store, which also carries the return and warranty policies. Its footer names WellSpring Health HK Limited and HK Datum International Limited. (Spooky2 Online Store)
• spooky2scalar.com: A separate shop for the Spooky2 Scalar, selling it at the same listed price as the other two sites. (Spooky2 Scalar (spooky2scalar.com), Spooky2 Scalar, Spooky2 Scalar (store))

My advice: learn on spooky2.com, and when you shop, type the address yourself rather than trusting an ad or a forwarded link.

Your Reading Path

1. Take the software tour. Spooky2 says the software is free and can be installed before you own any hardware. Spooky2 software tour
2. Open the official documents page. Spooky2's own guides live here, dated anywhere from 2014 to 2026, so check the date on anything you rely on. Software & documents (downloads)
3. Read Spooky2's XM Pro versus GX Pro comparison. Almost every purchase starts with choosing one of these two generators. XM Pro vs GeneratorX Pro: What's the Difference
4. Read the buyer's guide. This is how Spooky2 itself steers beginners between kits. It has no Scalar section. Spooky2 Buyer's Guide
5. Browse the products page. Kits for new customers, kits for existing customers, and accessories, all on one page. Spooky2 products page
6. Read the return and warranty pages before you order. They carry costs most buyers don't expect (see below). Store Return & Refund Policy and Store Support & Warranty
7. Read the forum rules before you join. Spooky2 says much of its user support happens in the forum, and registration requires a real first and last name. Spooky2 forum gateway

Four Things Worth Knowing Before You Spend

1. The "Best Value" Scalar kit costs exactly what its parts cost

Our math: On September 25, 2026 the Scalar GeneratorX Pro Essential Kit was $2,288.00. The Scalar alone was $1,600.00, the GeneratorX Pro $650.00, and the Scalar Digitizer $38.00: together $2,288.00. The version with Scalar Harmony matched its parts to the penny as well ($2,457.00). (Scalar GeneratorX Pro Essential Kit, Spooky2 Scalar, GeneratorX Pro, Spooky2 Scalar Digitizer)

Spooky2 says: The store's Scalar page still labels the kit "Best Value", and site banners read "Spooky2 Scalar ALL 6% OFF." (Spooky2 Scalar overview (store), Spooky2 products page)

That doesn't make the kit a bad buy. It means the reason to choose it is convenience, not a discount.

2. Changing your mind costs real money

Spooky2 says: The store's return policy allows 30 calendar days from the day you receive the item, in "excellent condition with all parts, accessories, and original packaging." It deducts a 15% restocking fee, does not refund the original shipping, and makes you pay return shipping and customs. (Store Return & Refund Policy)

Our math: On a $994.38 GeneratorX Pro Essential Kit, the restocking fee alone would be $149.16, before any shipping or customs. (Store Return & Refund Policy, Portable GeneratorX Pro Essential Kit)

3. Spooky2's warranty pages disagree

Our comparison: The store's Support & Warranty page promises two years on named main units, including the Scalar, and one year on accessories and generator screens. The same store's Return & Refund page says one year for devices and accessories, and spooky2scalar.com says one year for all products. (Store Support & Warranty, Store Return & Refund Policy, Spooky2 Scalar (spooky2scalar.com))

Open question: Which term applies to today's XM Pro and GX Pro generators isn't settled by these pages. Get it in writing before you buy. (Store Support & Warranty)

4. The "GX Pro" guide is a 2018 GeneratorX guide

Our comparison: The GX Pro product page links a "GeneratorX Pro Users Guide," but the only GeneratorX hardware guide on Spooky2's downloads page is dated February 2018, and the linked article dates from 2018 as well. Spooky2's most recent comparison of its two generators is a July 2026 article, not a manual. Spooky2's Own Safety Statements

Spooky2 says: "We have a warning for all the Spooky2 products. People who are pregnant should not use Spooky2 Scalar." (Spooky2 Scalar (spooky2scalar.com), Spooky2 Scalar overview (store))

Spooky2 says: "People with cardiac conditions or pacemakers, and pregnant women, should consult their doctors before using Spooky2 TENS pads." (Spooky2 products page)

I'm passing those along in Spooky2's words, not adding to them. If either applies, talk with your health professional before you buy.

Still Unanswered

• Does any Spooky2 product produce a health effect? Spooky2 makes its own claims; Rabbit Atlas has not verified any of them and makes no such claim.
• Which warranty applies to the current XM Pro and GX Pro generators, and to a Scalar bought through spooky2scalar.com? (Store Support & Warranty, Spooky2 Scalar (spooky2scalar.com))
• Do the store's return terms also apply to orders placed on spooky2.com or spooky2scalar.com? (Store Return & Refund Policy)
• What exactly ships in the Central Plasma GX Pro Kit? Its description and its contents list don't match. (Portable Central Plasma GeneratorX Pro Kit, Central Plasma Single Generator Kit)
